Lahinch Golf Club — Old Course

First played in 1892 and shaped by Old Tom Morris, then substantially redesigned by Alister MacKenzie in 1927, the Old Course is one of Ireland's most storied links, often nicknamed the 'St Andrews of Ireland.' It is best known for two blind par-4s, the 'Klondyke' (4th) and the 'Dell' (5th), both preserved by the club as links to its 19th-century origins despite modern design conventions. Visitors on the Old Course must take at least one caddie per group.
