Mission Hills Haikou — The Preserve Course

The Preserve plays 6,535 yards to par 70 through dense clusters of palm trees that form the backbone of its landscaping, giving the course a tropical, botanical-garden character within the wider Mission Hills Haikou complex. Wide fairways (averaging 42 yards) are punctuated by 117 high-faced bunkers with grass-covered, undulating edges, and greens (averaging 5,662 sq ft) are ringed by earthen mounds rather than steep run-offs — a player-friendly routing the resort markets as "easy to play, difficult to lose balls." Palm shade and abundant flowering shrubs run the length of the round.
